As a result of his connections in the community he has done valuations for a wide variety of organisations including the Scouts and churches in Portishead.

Valuations are free of charge for sale purposes, and fees are charged for Probate, Matrimonial and other court work. Many vendors do not like 'For Sale' boards and we do not pressure our vendors if they do not wish to have a board.

Our vendors can be reassured that all our viewings are accompanied and we are the only agent in Portishead who will tell you that if a viewing is not accompanied, our fee is not payable, unless a proposed purchaser makes a direct approach to the vendor. We have a policy of viewings until 9pm.
